Bright yet firm acid structure provides freshness and dimension while balancing firm, age-worthy tannins. These tannins deliver supple mouthfeel and depth and textually, lend a hint of cocoa powder to a long finish. Both acidity and tannins provide tremendous ageability and cellaring potential.
